No further duty or responsibility is accepted by the company, and liability is always limited to the value of the goods sold. In particular, boatbuilders, restorers, and other users should always seek professional advice from appropriately qualified surveyors or architects when deciding on a particular course of action and for any supervision of work. Wessex Resins and Adhesives Limited is not a boatbuilder. It is therefore not qualified in this respect and does not accept responsibility or liability for any such tasks, results or failures. All advice provided by Wessex Resins and Adhesives is given subject to the terms and conditions of sale which are available on request.
Wessex Resins strongly recommends that customers produce test panels and conducts and completes appropriate testing of any goods or materials supplied by the Company to ensure that they are suitable for the desired application. Testing under conditions as close as possible to those to which the final component may be subjected is strongly recommended. Wessex Resins specifically excludes any warranty of fitness for purpose of the goods other than as set out in writing by the Company. We reserve the right to change specifications and prices without notice and customers should satisfy themselves that information relied upon is that which is the most currently available.
